What Parents Say
At St Augustine’s, families appreciate the supportive, nurturing, and inspiring environment that helps children thrive. Here’s what some of our parents have shared:
We were an in-year transfer from another school where our son was unhappy. As soon as we met the headmistress, staff, and environment at St Augustine’s, we instantly felt it was much more nurturing and calm - perfect for our son to thrive.
Every staff member is helpful, welcoming, and supportive. They make parents and children feel comfortable, and the teachers are friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely supportive of each child’s needs.
Teacher support is amazing, and the outdoor areas and learning are beautiful. My children love Forest School and school in general. They are happy, confident, and thriving!
We looked around the majority of primary schools in Hythe and Folkestone. St Augustine’s was the only one that made us feel our children would not just be part of a wonderful school, but a family.
My children transferred mid-year and not only made some lovely, kind new friends, but have thrived academically and grown hugely in confidence. The teachers and other parents have been so supportive, and we are so pleased we made the move.
